Returns, Changes & Cancellations:

Each and every print is made to order, which means it is specifically produced just for you only after you have placed an order. Therefore we cannot accept refunds, returns or exchanges. 

We are not set up for order cancellations. However, if you wish to amend or cancel an order, contact us immediately and we will do what we can to help you. Note that we endeavour fulfill your order quickly, often being shipped the next day. If you contact us before your order reaches our printers we should be able to amend or cancel your order.

In the unlikely event the product arrives damaged, we will send a replacement free of charge. To arrange this please contact us using the form HERE. Ensure to take photos of the damage / damaged area as soon as possible for your records and for our review.

We only offer refunds if the product arrives damaged or is significantly delayed (postage delays which could be considered normal, or delays due to items being held up in customs will not be refunded). What constitutes a significant time delay is at our discretion. In either cases we may request return of the products so that we can dispose of them. Refunds can be withheld until the returns are received by us. Please note that the original shipping charges (where applicable) cannot be refunded.
